From the manager to the smaller staff members, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my parents' comfort and happiness, which truly touched my heart. the air conditioning in our spacious room was a blessing in the Egyptian heat, providing a cool and comfortable sanctuary after long days of exploring the archaeological sites nearby. the electric kettle for making tea and coffee in the room added a personal touch, allowing us to relax on the terrace with a hot beverage while marveling at the stunning views of the hotel's garden furniture. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during our downtime, and the am/fm alarm clock helped us wake up promptly for our daily adventures. Serenity Fun City not only exceeded my high expectations but also left an indelible mark with its kind and attentive service towards my family, making our vacation truly exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its attention to detail, comfortable amenities, and exceptional staff who made our stay unforgettable.
